Warm. Gently Sweet. A Little Bit Special.
Two Natural Ingredients — Both Done Properly
Vanilla Elaichi Chai is built around two ingredients that are easy to get wrong and very noticeable when done right.
The vanilla in Lakhi's Vanilla Elaichi Chai is certified natural vanilla flavour — derived from real vanilla sources, documented with a supplier certificate, and clearly labelled on every pack. Not artificial vanilla flavouring, not nature-identical synthetic vanilla. Genuine natural vanilla flavour that is warm, rounded, and subtly sweet without being perfumed or artificial-tasting.
The cardamom is whole green cardamom ground in-house at our Secunderabad facility — the same approach as our Kesar Elaichi Chai. Cardamom powder loses its volatile oils quickly after grinding. By grinding whole pods ourselves and blending immediately, the freshness and fragrance are preserved in every batch. When you open the pack, the cardamom is immediate and alive — not flat or stale.
The Assam Base That Holds It Together
Both vanilla and cardamom need a tea strong enough to carry them — something with enough body that neither flavour feels thin or lost. Lakhi's uses the same premium Assam CTC base as our Masala Chai: bold, malty, and full-bodied. The vanilla softens it slightly. The cardamom lifts it. The result is a cup that is layered and balanced — comforting without being heavy, indulgent without being sweet.
When to Drink Vanilla Elaichi Chai
This is the afternoon chai. The weekend morning chai. The cup you make for a guest you want to impress without making a fuss. It works as an everyday brew for those who like something slightly different from a plain CTC chai, and it works as an occasional treat for those who keep it for special moments. Either way, it delivers.
